Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa

Yield: 1 cup

Prep Time : 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of Pineapple, skinned, cored and cut into small dice
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded, cored, and minced
  • 1/2 Shallot, Minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 bunch Scallions, Minced
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix together using a spoon or fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
