How it works.
Traditionally, gas cooktops offer inexact power settings.
There are no clearly defined increments, particularly at intermediate levels of heat such as medium-low, or medium-high.
Our patented FlameSelect step valve technology regulates the gas flame output precisely and easily from levels 1 (lowest flame) to 9 (highest flame) so there's no guesswork when you're cooking.
How FlameSelect is better than conventional gas cooktops
