A third rack is a sliding rack located at the top of the dishwasher, that allows for more space and flexibility when loading your dishes. They provide the perfect space for flatware, utensils, measuring cups and much more. Bosch offers two different third rack designs with options for increased flexibility such as adjustable tines and deeper storage areas. The Standard third rack is the most shallow of our three third rack options, while the Flexible third racks are deeper and more customizable. The third rack also accommodates for greater loading capacity on the lower racks, freeing up space for larger dishes below.

- Standard Third Rack: With 30% more loading area compared to a Bosch dishwasher with two racks, the standard third rack provides the perfect space for flatware and large utensils. The unique V shape leaves room on the middle rack for taller items like stemware.
